SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power line coding to provide transmission of control information to a device powered from the network via the power line. In the method, the result is achieved by a controller providing coding of the power line using amplitude modulation of the output voltage waveform. Further, the first winding of the transformer is connected in series with the output. And the input mains voltage and / or output voltage are measured and the second winding of the transformer is configured depending on the measured mains input voltage, the measured output voltage and the target output voltage. This is a feedback-based approach that allows the use of a transformer to accurately modulate an encoded binary bit.
EFFECT: technical result is to provide control of devices without the need for additional control wires.
