FIELD: various technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to vortex cavitators. Cavitator comprises housing 1 in the form of a hollow cylinder with cyclone 2 and flow accelerator 3 on one side, and on the other side with braking device 4, behind which there is bottom 5 with outlet hole 6 communicating with outlet branch pipe 7. In hole 6 coaxially and with radial gap there installed is pipe 8, which communicates cavity of housing 1 with atmosphere. At outlet end face 9 of hollow cylinder of housing 1 coaxially and with axial rupture 10 there is cartridge 11, which ends with bottom 5 with braking device 4. In cartridge 11 in continuation of hollow cylinder of housing 1 with diameters equal to housing, with minimum radial gap and movable in axial direction there is sleeve 12 with drive, which is equipped with seal. Around axial rupture 10 there is collector 13 with outlet branch pipe 14 and shut-off valve 15.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at ensuring operability of the device on materials of any density by providing the possibility of evacuation of heavy processed material from the device.
