FIELD: control; regulation.

SUBSTANCE: method and system are designed to control a remote valve. Method comprises temporarily actuating, or activating a battery-powered control valve assembly to transfer the functionally connected exhaust valve assembly to the switching position. Processor activates the bistable valve of the control valve assembly to provide fluid supply in order to transfer the exhaust valve assembly to the desired switching position, after which the control valve assembly can be deactivated while maintaining the switching position of the exhaust valve assembly.

EFFECT: technical result is energy saving.
