METHOD FOR COATING METAL SURFACES OF SUBSTRATES AND OBJECTS COATED ACCORDING TO SAID METHOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C23C22/34 C23C22/74 C23C18/12 C09D5/08 C09D103/14 C09D105/00 C09D105/06

Abstract RU 2669672 C9

FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic coating metal surfaces of substrates. Method comprises preparing the substrate, contacting it with an aqueous composition in the form of dispersion for organic coating and drying and/or baking the organic coating. Method uses an aqueous composition in the form of a dispersion containing complex fluoride selected from the group consisting of hexa- or tetrafluorides of titanium, zirconium, hafnium, silicon, aluminium and/or boron in an amount of 1.1⋅10-6 mol/l to 0.30 mol/l, in terms of cations. Anion-stabilised dispersion of film-forming polymers with a solids content from 2 to 40 wt% and an average particle size from 10 to 1,000 nm, stable at pH from 0.5 to 7.0, is used, to which is added at least one anionic polyelectrolyte in an amount of 0.01 to 5.0 wt%, calculated based on the total weight of the final mixture. Aqueous composition forms an organic coating based on an ionic gel which binds cations separated by dissolving from a metal surface, or cations formed at the pretreatment stage and/or when the metal surface is brought into contact with said aqueous composition.

EFFECT: method of applying coatings on metal surfaces of substrates and objects coated with said method are proposed.
