FIELD: shipbuilding.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices providing vibration isolation of the ship hull and ship spaces from internal vibration sources transmitted to hull structures. Vibration isolating suspension of the pipeline contains two half-horns, connected together by fastening elements. Shank is connected to one of the half-hats. Between the half-hoses and the pipeline there is an elastic monolithic rubber element made of rubber, in which the tangent of the angle of mechanical losses (tgδ) is not less than 0.2 at 20 °C. Resilient element must be adjacent to the pipeline without a gap and structurally executed in the form of a band, on which two-stage projections in the form of a confuser are arranged in series. These protrusions consist of two heterogeneous cylinders, connected by a truncated cone, and having an opening similar to the external shape of the protrusion. Ratio of the dimensions of these cylinders depends on the diameter of the pipeline, and the height of the truncated cone depends on the elasticity of the tape material, and is determined by the finite element method (FEM) in computer realization, to provide a wide range of deformations and loads of the suspension, in which the effect of the NJF is manifested. Mentioned tape is superimposed on the pipeline from the side of the projections.
EFFECT: invention provides vibration isolation of the hull and ship spaces in the low frequency range from 5 Hz and higher.
