SUBSTANCE: container for cosmetics contains a base and a lid. Base includes a container with a neck with a neckline. Lid comprises an engagement member provided with a tab configured to occupy a first position in which the tab is engaged with the notch when the lid is in the closing position, and with the possibility of occupying a second position in which the foot is spaced from the neck and disengaged from the notch when the lid is opened. Cover comprises a guide of a double radial and center-deflecting action and a control protrusion, the slidably movable relative to the guiding engagement member occupies a first position when the control protrusion is in a first position relative to the guide between the first position and the second position. Engagement member occupies a first position when the control protrusion is in the first position and the second position is when the control protrusion is in the second position relative to the guide.
EFFECT: invention provides a reliable opening and closing and has a simple structure.
