SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for distributing a single-phase or two-phase fluid in a single-phase or multiphase environment having a higher bulk density than the distributed fluid. Fluid distribution device comprises: at least one fluid conveying means, comprising first and second ends and openings; a cover comprising a main body in the form of a bell, wherein the main body has an outer surface and an inner surface and is fixedly connected to the second end of the fluid conveying means by its inner surface, said main body being extended by a skirt extending in a direction from the second end to the first end of the fluid conveying means and comprising a plurality of openings, and wherein the cover comprises at least one reflecting means disposed on its outer surface and configured to direct the fluid towards or away from the cover at the periphery of the cover, the reflecting means being located on the outer surface of the main body and being fixedly connected to said main body, wherein the reflection means forms a continuous annular flange disposed at the periphery of the cover.
EFFECT: this ensures presence of a gas pocket under the cover and continuous operation of the distributor.
