FIELD: chemical industry; petrochemical industry; oil-refining industry; reactors for the catalytic cracking with the fluidizated catalyst.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the reactors for the processes with the fluidizated layer of the catalyst, in particular, for the catalytic cracking. The invention can be applied in chemical and a petroleum industry. The reaction tank with the fluidizated catalyst contains in its top-most area one primary cyclone located in the center and having the inlet opening for the gas and the solid phase, which is connected with the area of the lift line with the fluidizated catalyst corresponding to the final phase of the technological process in the lift line arranged outside of the reaction tank with the fluidized catalyst. The indicated primary cyclone is additionally supplied with the outlet channel and the hole for the gas in the top-most section of the cyclone, which is through the liquid medium connected with one or several secondary cyclone separators. At that the secondary cyclone separators are arranged in the gap between the primary cyclone located in the center and the wall of the reaction tank. The secondary cyclones are supplied with the devices for the solid phase withdrawal into the lowermost section of the reaction tank and the devices for withdrawal of the gas stream with the depleted solids phase into the outlet for the gas in the reaction tank. The above mentioned primary cyclone additionally has the area of the primary distillation arranged on its lowermost section and the device for withdrawal of the exposed to the preliminary distillation solid phase from the primary cyclone into the lowermost section of the reaction tank. The reaction tank in the lowermost section additionally contains the section of the secondary distillation and the device for withdrawal of the exposed to distillation solid phase from the reaction tank.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased productivity of the reactor for the catalytic cracking with the fluidizated catalyst.
