SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of manufacturing electric machines and can be used in the electrical engineering industry and instrument making in space technology. Task in view is solved by manufacturing a magnetic core with allowances from a single billet made of a material with increased magnetic permeability, windows for winding are made by milling, then the magnetic core is subjected to high-temperature annealing, then the teeth are cut using electroerosion processing method followed by low-temperature stabilizing annealing; further, after laying the winding, impregnating and drying the stator, the magnetic core allowances are removed by grinding.

EFFECT: improving the quality of stator manufacturing, increasing the output parameters of an electrical machine.
