FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electrical engineering, to the electric machines manufacturing technology, and can be used in the electrical engineering and in the instrumentation industries. Electrical machine stator manufacturing method includes manufacturing of the stator magnetic core with teeth and windows, into which winding wires are placed, performing the impregnation and drying in the mandrel in the form of a mold, after which the mandrel is removed. Magnetic core is manufactured with windows, which are made radially from the magnetic core center by milling, laying the winding wires, performing the high-temperature annealing, and applying the electrically insulating coating onto the winding contact surface before its execution. For its holding in the manufacturing process, the magnetic core is manufactured with radially opposite external technological protrusions from the single workpiece with their subsequent removal after the stator manufacturing, after which installing the mandrel and performing impregnation and drying, performing the teeth cutting by means of the gaps removal between them by melting with the red-hot brass wire.
EFFECT: technical result consists in increase in the electrical machine efficiency as a whole, by increase in the geometric dimensions accuracy, which ensure the magnetic core magnetic field required orientation.
