SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Method for genetic registration and correction of neurogenesis based on genetic constructs for the transfection of neurons is proposed, wherein the catecholaminergic neurons are transfected with the genetic construct of SEQ ID NO: 4, possessing the ability to stimulate neurogenesis and (or) inhibit neuronal degeneration. Invention makes it possible to carry out cell- and fentip-specific transfection of catecholaminergic neurons with the aim of targeting intracellular cascades, and also to visualize in vitro transfected cells by embedding in the developed genetic construct of a genetically encoded calcium indicator.

EFFECT: invention can be used in the field of medicine for the therapy of neurodegenerative diseases.
