FIELD: medicine; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and biochemistry, in particular to a cell penetrating peptide. Said peptide consists of an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and is capable of mediating intracellular delivery of a botulinum light chain. Invention also relates to a conjugate for intracellular delivery of a botulinum toxin light chain. In said conjugate, the botulinum toxin light chain is conjugated at one or both ends with an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. Invention also relates to a vector and to a bacterium expressing said conjugate. Present invention relates to cosmetic and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said conjugate and are intended for the treatment of dermatological diseases.
EFFECT: invention allows obtaining compositions for the treatment of dermatological diseases.
