SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to antibodies that bind to human interleukin-6 (IL6), as well as to a composition and combination for the treatment of IL6 associated diseases, and a pharmaceutical composition for use in the treatment of IL6 associated diseases containing thereof. Invention also relates to a method for treating IL6 associated diseases and administering a therapeutically effective amount of an antibody for treating IL6 associated diseases, or for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of the IL6 associated diseases or conditions. Also provided is a nucleic acid encoding an antibody, an antibody cloning vector, an antibody expression vector, a host cell for preparation, and a method for producing an antibody.
