Biologically active food additive, made in the form of marmalade, containing a biologically active component, a gelling agent, sugar substitute, thickener and citric acid, and which, as a biologically active and gelling agent, contains the Lamifaren biogel, and as a substitute for sugar and thickener contains respectively sorbitol and guar gum, with the following ratio of the initial components, mass%: biogel Lamifaren 65; sorbitol 26; guar gum 8; citric acid 1.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of biologically active additives in the form of marmalade.
