SUBSTANCE: invention relates to confectionary industry. Disclosed is a jelly marmalade of functional purpose, including a jellying component of agar-agar, a sweet molasses agent, a vegetable filler, and as vegetable filler contains water extract of flax seeds, fresh lemon juice and a brew, as a sweet agent additionally contains stevia, with the following ratio of initial components, wt%: agar-agar 4.0–5.0; molasses 30.0–35.0; aqueous extract of flax seeds 12.0–15.0; stevia 20.0–30.0; fresh lemon juice to 1.0; decoction of berries to 100.
EFFECT: invention provides a functional jelly marmalade for expansion of the range of confectionary products with improved organoleptic characteristics.
