FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for manufacturing a power sheath of a high-pressure polymer-composite gas cylinder. Method includes winding the inner gas-impermeable envelope of reinforcing carbon fiber in the form of a tape, impregnated with an epoxy binder, according to the following reinforcement scheme: an annular turn at an angle of winding 87.81°, spiral turn at an angle of winding 14.2°, a spiral turn at an angle of winding 14.1°, annular turn at the angle of winding 87.72°, spiral turn at an angle of winding 20.0°, annular turn at the angle of winding 87.76°, a spiral turn at an angle of winding 14.4°, ring turn at the angle of winding 87.79°. Further, a protective layer of the power shell is formed, which is made by winding a tape formed of a glass-impregnated with an epoxy binder, according to the following reinforcement scheme: a spiral turn at an angle of winding 13.6°, spiral winding at an angle of winding 30.0°, a spiral turn at an angle of winding 40.0°, spiral winding at winding angle 65.0°, spiral turn at an angle of winding 70.0°, a ring turn at an angle of winding 88.1°. Angles of winding are determined with respect to the horizontal axis of the cylinder. Then, heat treatment of the power shell is carried out.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase the weight efficiency.
