FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of processing a seismic record and can be used in the process of correcting the dynamic characteristics of reflected waves due to the heterogeneity of the conditions of excitation and registration. According to the claimed solution, the influence of heterogeneity of the excitation and registration conditions is calculated from refracted waves using a three-factor mathematical model. Introduce an amendment for the geometric divergence of refracted waves. Extract the refracted waves from the seismic record and transfer to their amplitude spectra. Construct a system of equations according to the three-factor mathematical model and solve it at each frequency. Use the model parameters found in the process of reverse filtration of a seismic record. Correct the amplitude of the seismic record the same way. As a result, the influence of the excitation and registration conditions on the dynamic characteristics of the reflected waves leads to a single level.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of the data obtained by correctly calculating and compensating for the effect of inhomogeneity of the excitation conditions and registration on the dynamic characteristics of the reflected waves.
