SUBSTANCE: present article relates to one-use absorbent article like trunks comprising front basic panel (1), rear basic panel (2) and an absorbent element (3) attached to said front basic panel and said rear basic panel and connecting them. Said front basic panel (1) comprises perineal edge (8), and said rear basic panel comprises perineal edge (15). Absorbent element (3) comprises intermediate perineal part (24) extending from perineal edge of front basic panel to perineal edge of rear basic panel, wherein said absorbent element comprises elastic elements (25) for legs on each side of intermediate perineal part (24) and barriers (26) to prevent side leakage, on each side of absorbent element inside with respect to elastic elements for legs (25), wherein elastic elements (27) of barriers (26) preventing side leakage have the first tightening force F1 and elastic elements (25) for legs on intermediate perineal part (24) have the second tightening force F2, the second tightening force exceeding the first one.
