FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an installation for hydraulic processing of oil residues, including a heating-reaction unit with a line for supplying a raw material mixture, to which a line for supplying a part of hydrogen-containing gas is adjacent, and a reactor equipped with lines for supplying another part of hydrogen-containing gas as quench, which is connected via a line for supplying hydraulic conversion products to a fractionation unit equipped with lines for outputting petrol, diesel fractions and a vacuum residue, connected via lines for supplying gases to a unit for their purification equipped with lines for outputting hydrocarbon and hydrogen-containing gases, differ in that the installation is equipped with a unit for obtaining a catalyst dispersion with lines for introducing a catalyst precursor, supplying mazut and vacuum gasoil as a recycle, connected to the heating-reaction unit via the line for supplying the catalyst dispersion that is connected to a line for supplying raw materials forming the line for supplying the raw material mixture. Lines for supplying hydrogen-containing gas to the reactor as quench are connected to lines for supplying mazut and/or vacuum gasoil as a recycle, and the line for outputting hydrogen-containing gas is connected to a hydrogenation unit with lines for outputting light fractions placed on lines for outputting petrol and diesel fractions.
EFFECT: increase in the output and quality of light fractions, reduction in energy consumption.
