FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed installation of hydroconversion of residual oil fractions includes a heating-reaction block with the raw material supply line, adjacent to the feed line of a part of hydrogen-containing gas, and a reactor equipped with hydrogen-containing gas supply lines as a quench, which is connected by a supply line of hydroconversion products to a fractionation unit equipped with gasoline and diesel fraction and vacuum residue output lines, connected by gas supply lines to a purification unit, equipped with hydrocarbon gas extraction lines and a hydrogen-containing gas supply. Installation is also equipped with a block for obtaining a catalyst precursor emulsion with input lines for an aqueous solution of a catalyst precursor, fuel oil supply and vacuum gas oil as a recycler, connected by a catalyst precursor emulsion supply line to a heating-reaction block, which is connected to the raw material supply line, forming the raw material supply line, while the fuel oil supply lines and/or vacuum gas oil supply lines as a recycler are connected to the hydrogen-containing gas supply lines to the reactor as a quench.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of light fractions by equipping the installation with a catalyst precursor emulsion production unit connected to the fractionation unit with fuel oil supply lines and vacuum gas oil as recycling, and with the heating-reaction block-supply line emulsion catalyst precursor, which is connected to the supply line of raw materials.
