FIELD: technological processes; oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed installation of hydrotreatment of residual oil fractions includes a heating-reaction block with the raw material supply line, to which the supply line of a part of hydrogen-containing gas is adjacent, and a reactor equipped with supply lines of another part of hydrogen-containing gas as quench, which is connected by a supply line of hydroconversion products with a fractionation unit equipped with gasoline output lines, diesel fractions and vacuum residue, connected by gas supply lines with their purification unit, equipped with hydrocarbon and hydrogen-containing gases extraction lines. Installation is also equipped with a catalyst precursor emulsion receiving unit with input lines of an aqueous solution of a catalyst precursor, fuel oil supply and vacuum gas oil as a recycler connected to the heating and reaction unit of the catalyst precursor emulsion, which is connected to the line of supply of raw materials, forming the line of supply of the raw mix, the lines of supply of hydrogen are located as the lines of supply of hydrogen-containing gas, the hydrogen supply lines to the reactor are connected to the supply lines of fuel oil as a quench and/or to vacuum gas oil as a recharge, and the line of output of the hydrogen-containing gas is connected to the hydrogenation unit, located on the lines of the output of the gasoline and diesel fractions and equipped with the lines of the output of hydrogenated hydrocarbon fractions.
EFFECT: increasing the yield of light fractions by equipping the installation with a catalyst precursor emulsion production unit, which is connected to the raw materials and hydrogen supply lines.
