SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular, to a method for producing nanocapsules, and describes a method for producing nanocapsules of dry extract of wild yams in a shell of guar gum. Method is characterized by adding dry extract of wild yam to a suspension of guar gum in butanol in the presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two edible fatty acid molecules and one or two citric acid molecules as a surfactant with 1,000 rpm, 5 ml of refrigerant-113 are then poured, the resulting nanocapsule suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature, and the core : shell mass ratio is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of producing nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
