SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, in particular to a method of producing nanocapsules, and describes a method of producing Hawthorn tincture nanocapsules in a gellan gum shell. Method is characterized by that dry extract of wild yam is added to a suspension of xanthum gum in benzene in presence of 0.01 g of glycerol ester with one or two molecules of food fatty acids and one or two molecules of citric acid as surfactant while stirring 700 rpm, then cyclohexane is added, obtained suspension of nanocapsules is filtered and dried at room temperature, wherein weight ratio of core: shell is 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3.
EFFECT: method provides a simplification and acceleration of the process of producing nanocapsules, a reduction in losses in the preparation of nanocapsules and can be used in the pharmaceutical and food industries.
