FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry in the field of drilling and can be used to control the parameters of the drilling process, in particular, during tripping in real time during the drilling of oil and gas wells. System contains an ultrasonic drilling fluid level sensor installed on the trip tank, automated workstation of the drilling master, block of buttons to control the make-up of drilling mud into well, connected through a spark-proof circuit to a control unit containing an explosion-proof housing, inside which a power supply unit is installed, controller with software for registration, visualization and processing of mud make-up control processes with the possibility of archiving and issuing reports, monitor, siren and air conditioning system connected to each other and to the contact connectors of the control unit via interface lines.
EFFECT: it is possible to predict emergencies and increase the reliability of drilling operations during the drilling of oil and gas wells.
