FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of three-dimensional products. Device comprises laser device 13 and build chamber 1 with system 4 for maintaining a working medium in the chamber. Platform 2 with rack 3 is provided with devices 5, 6, respectively, intended for feeding the powder and leveling the powder layer on the construction platform. Basket 7 with drive 8 is designed to accommodate the construction platform. Sealing element 9 is located between the basket and the construction platform. Basket is equipped with horizontal partition 10 placed under the platform of construction with an opening for the platform of the construction platform and sealing element 11 placed in the partition from the external environment. Basket, baffle and construction platform form intermediate chamber 12 communicated with system 4. Laser device 13 serves to sinter the powder. From the intermediate chamber, the trapped powder is extracted by system 4. Invention provides layered programmable laser sintering of article 14 by means of a laser device.
EFFECT: this technical solution will increase the stability of the device, increase the reliability and durability of the device.
