FIELD: metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to layer-by-layer manufacturing of three-piece article out of heat-resistant metal powder. Method comprises layer-by-layer supply of powder on working surface of vertically movable construction platform, levelling layer, alloying by laser beam sections of layer identical to sections on cross sections pre-formed by means of specified program of three-dimensional computer model of article, and vacuum removal of non-fused material into corresponding container powder. After removal of non-fused material in the released space of the layer, a buffer zone is created by filling the space with powder from easily fused material in comparison with the material of the article, with its subsequent levelling and fusion of the specified area of the buffer zone. After the article is made, the buffer zone material is removed. Material of the buffer zone is selected from a series including tin, copper, bronze, aluminium, water-soluble salts of halogenides of alkali metals and said salts together with powder of the material of the manufactured article.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of powder and higher accuracy of article geometrical dimensions.
