FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to layer-by-layer manufacturing of articles from several powders. Method includes making in the chamber of each layer formation by phases, each of which includes layer-by-layer supply of powder from the hopper with the dosing device to the technologically specified sections of the working surface of the adjustable platform of construction, which are identical to sections on cross sections pre-formed by means of specified program of three-dimensional computer model of product, leveling, alloying of powder and removal of non-fused powder by vacuum system into appropriate powder container. Fusion of material in each phase is carried out in a medium of a gas agent in the form of an inert gas, removal of non-fused powder into a corresponding powder container is carried out together with an inert gas, with subsequent separation of inert gas from powder and its supply into construction chamber only at phase of removal of non-fused powder.

EFFECT: production of articles in the inert gas environment is provided with the possibility of separation of powders not subjected to fusion in each of the layers, as well as improvement of the device reliability.
