FIELD: image forming devices.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a cartridge that is removably mountable to a main assembly of an electrophotographic image forming apparatus, a method for assembling a transmission device of a drive for a photosensitive drum and an electrophotographic image forming apparatus. Claimed photosensitive drum unit comprises a photosensitive drum, a flange provided at the end of the photosensitive drum, flange includes a holding portion on its inner side, a connecting member including: a free end portion having at least one protrusion, connecting part, which is connected to flange and at least part, which is arranged in containing part, so that axis of rotation of connecting element could be inclined relative to axis of rotation of flange, through hole passing through connection part, shaft passing through hole and capable to receive rotary force from connecting element and supported by flange to allow connecting element to bend relative to shaft, and a control element attached to the flange, and a control shaft to prevent disengagement of the shaft with the flange by contact with the shaft opposite ends.

EFFECT: technical result consists in providing drive transmission structure for cartridge, which can be extracted outside from main unit of device, not equipped with mechanism for movement of engagement part of main assembly side in direction of proper axis of rotation, after moving in a predetermined direction substantially perpendicular to the rotation axis of the rotating member, such as an electrophotographic photosensitive drum, in which the disengagement of the connecting member is prevented without limiting the angle of inclination (rotation) of the connecting member by the inner edge of the open portion provided in the flange, and also in providing a cartridge using the drive transmission structure.
