FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to immunology and biotechnology. Blood is passed through a granular preparation with immobilized concentrated monoclonal antibodies to interleukin-12 and interleukin-23. At the same time, for the immobilization of antibodies to IL-12 and IL-23, a polyacrylamide carrier with magnetic properties is used at a ratio of the carrier : iron 2:1, which is granulated by emulsion polymerization.
EFFECT: method allows to provide a more expressed decrease in concentration of cytokines in the perfusion blood without changing the content of the formed elements of the blood, makes it possible to reuse the used granules.
