Described is an assembly for evaporation of volatile substances, comprising a device and the replaceable unit, which are separable from each other, and the device comprises a magnetic inductor configured to operate with an alternating current passing through it with a frequency from 20 kHz to 500 kHz, and one or more volatile liquid release channels comprising at least one piece of thermally conductive non-magnetic metal foil and / or applied thermally conductive non-magnetic metal; wherein the replaceable unit includes at least one magnetic current collector having coercivity of 50 A/m (H_C) to 1,500 A/m (H_C), and a liquid-tight, sealed reservoir containing a volatile substance; wherein when used, the magnetic current collector(s) is(are) configured to heat the substance primarily by magnetic hysteresis, when the magnetic current collector(s) is(are) at least partially located in the induced magnetic field created by use when the alternating current passes through the inductor.
