SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to developments for the evaporation of volatile liquid. Assembly or evaporation of volatile liquid is described, which comprises a device and a replaceable unit that are detachable from each other: wherein the device comprises a magnetic inductor designed to operate with alternating current passing through it with a frequency from 20 kHz to 500 kHz, and a volatile liquid transport means receiving area comprising at least one piece of heat-conducting, non-magnetic metal foil and / or applied heat-conducting non-magnetic metal; wherein the replaceable unit includes a reservoir for the volatile liquid, a means for transferring the volatile liquid to extract the liquid from the reservoir, and at least one magnetic current collector having coercivity of 50 A/m (HC) to 1,500 A/m (HC), configured to heat the wick primarily through magnetic hysteresis, when said alternating current passes through the inductor, and the replaceable unit is attached to the device in such a way that at least one magnetic current collector is at least partially located within the volatile liquid transport means receiving area. Device and method for evaporating a volatile liquid are also disclosed.
