FIELD: photography.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means for obtaining panoramic images of histological, cytological and immunocytological preparations. In the method, a zone of a fluorescent sample is photographed by a digital camera installed in the optical path of the microscope, while shooting includes the following steps: focusing and capturing images; stepwise displacement of the fluorescent sample; shooting subsequent zones of the fluorescent sample and cross-linking the resulting images, with each zone of the fluorescent sample being photographed twice: first without fluorescent illumination from above, under normal illumination from below; then the second frame is done with a fluorescent backlight from above, with pictures without fluorescent light from above being sewn, according to the principle of finding identical areas, and the photos with fluorescent backlight from above, carrying useful information, are sewed together in the same coordinates as the pictures without fluorescent illumination.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the quality of digital images of histological and cytological preparations.
