FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to transport construction, namely to building materials for the construction of roads and railways. Composite material from solid industrial wastes for the formation of a roadbed and the base of roads and railways, obtained by mixing phosphogypsum, nepheline sludge, technical sulfur, slag binder, containing 90 % of phosphoric granulated slag, and lime-ash binder, including, mass. %: ash removal 90 and lime (on CaO and MgO act.) 10 in the Hint disintegrator at 1,500–3,000 rpm before the conversion of calcium sulfate dihydrate to calcium sulfate hemihydrate in the following ratio of components, mass. %: phosphogypsum 30–60, nepheline sludge 20–30, technical sulfur 7–15, the specified slag binder 7–10, the specified lime-ash binder 5–7.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of utilization of industrial waste with an increase in the turnaround time due to an increase in strength properties.
