SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to arrangements for controlling the process of rotary chip removing machining of a work piece chips and comprises a monitoring system, at least one surface acoustic wave sensor on surface acoustic waves (SAW) to be mounted to a cutting tool. System comprises one first antenna mounted on and connected to at least one SAW sensor, with the possibility of wireless communication with a second antenna. Each SAW sensor is configured to detect at least one parameter from a group of parameters consisting of deformation, temperature and pressure. Arrangement comprises a control system configured to interact with a monitoring system, allowing for control the machining of the workpiece based on at least one parameter.
EFFECT: precise processing and effective monitoring of the processing process are ensured.
