Truck pneumatic tire of a radial type with a tread, a metal cord frame, a belt structure contains four or three intersecting layers of belt (1) of high strength steel cords. At least two layers of belt (1) are structured (0.15+(3+8)×0.35HT), and the density of yarns (2) in belt layers is 44±3 threads per decimeter. Filaments (2) form angle of 18±2 degrees with the longitudinal plane of the tire. In a particular case of execution, a modified 11L35HT metal cord with a central thread of 0.15 mm in diameter is used in the design of the belt package.
