FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for switching cells of photoelectric converters, in particular to a method of mechanically fixing photocells and electrically connecting them to a battery. Method of forming a solar battery includes placing the photocells on the base, the photocells are pushed into the guides located on the base, providing electrical contacts between adjacent photocells and/or providing contacts of the photocells with collector contacts located in the guides.
EFFECT: simplification and reduced cost of assembling a solar battery, including in the field and in space, high maintainability in any, including in difficult conditions.
