SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the food industry, specifically to devices and a method for creating a Venturi effect. Device for orienting and/or aligning fibres of a product has an opening or pipe, containing a sphere, intersecting with a cylinder, which creates a Venturi effect, which leads to acceleration with a corresponding drop in pressure through the opening or pipe. Sphere enters the cylinder from a single opening. Sphere is a constriction from a fixed point, where the distance of the constriction from a fixed point is equidistant, and the opening has such a diameter, that the ratio of the diameter of the sphere to the diameter of the cylinder is about 1.1 to 2.5, or the opening has such an area, that the ratio of the area of the sphere to the area of the cylinder is about 1.2 to 6.25.
EFFECT: Venturi effect is created by an opening, creating a Venturi effect in the pipe, using the Venturi effect to increase product acceleration and reduce the pressure in openings.
