SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nanotechnology, medicine and food industry. Method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin R in sodium alginate is characterized by that sodium chloride is used as a coating, and as a nucleus - vitamin PP at a weight ratio of core: shell of 1:3, or 1:1, or 1:2, wherein vitamin is added to a suspension of sodium alginate in toluene in the presence of preparation E472c as a surfactant while stirring 1,000 rpm, then butyl chloride is added, the obtained suspension is filtered and dried at room temperature.

EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin pp (nicolinamide).
