FIELD: computer equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering. Method for constructing a digital print of video content is disclosed, which includes the following steps: receiving a fragment of video content, time step of the digital print; extracting consecutive blocks of frames equal in duration to the time step of a digital print from a fragment of video content; each block of frames is divided into four equal sub-blocks by a vertical and horizontal plane, passing through the center of the frame, determining the total intensity of all pixels of each subblock, determining the relative intensity of each subblock in the block; forming a digital print using the relative intensities of the subblocks of each block.
EFFECT: technical result is the construction of a digital print of video content with invariance with respect to transformations of stretching and compression of a video stream; resistance to local noise and emissions when creating a digital print of a fragment of video content, increasing the speed of creating a digital print of a fragment of video content and reducing the amount of consumed computing resources required to build a digital print.
