FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Portable deep leg vein massager with a motor and straps attached to a human leg, for applying pressure only along a segment of the leg circumference, includes at least a basic holding plate, two independent steps of mechanical assembly, at least two belts, at least one battery and an adjustable timer switch. On the base holding plate is an internal cartridge, designed to maintain independent mechanical devices in the collection for compression-decompression in segmented steps and connected to the straps, through which it is attached to the calf opposite to the tibia. Each mentioned step includes a mechanical device for applying a compression-decompression force to the surface area corresponding to the calf. Steps in which the lamellar segments lying on the surface of the calf are pushed and pulled by mechanical devices at each stage are supported by the inner plate of the cartridge. Two belts connect the lamellar component located near the tibia and covering the tibia opposite the more or less flat calf along the entire length with the surface of the support plate. At least one battery is attached to the tibia plate to supply power to a mechanical device mounted to compress and decompress calf surface with a segmented component of each step. Adjustable timer switch is electrically connected to battery power to turn the mechanical device assembly on and off, as well as to compress and decompress the steps of the mechanical assembly, which cyclically contract and expand on the calf of the leg to make the blood of the deep vein flow to the heart, as a result, control of the lamellar component of segmented surface to perform compression – decompression on calf local portion is carried out not along the circumference, but in synchronization with impact on adjacent regions of the calf, which are positioned in line with segment, by sequentially turning on and turning off the power of the mechanism, which is necessary to perform a deep leg vein massage, with minimal use of a mobile unit for the generation of energy supplied for the movement of the blood flow of the deep veins and for performing massage. Portable massage device for legs deep veins with a single-stage rotating platform connected to straps for the front and back of the lower leg, includes straps flat calf compression plate, at least two belts, lower, from the side of the ankle joint and upper, from the side of the knee, at least two engines and a timer switch circuit. Flat compression plate for the calf is connected to a curved plate for the tibia, located nearby and along the axis of the tibia. At least two belts, lower, from the side of the ankle joint and upper, from the side of the knee, are connected to the plate for the front part of the lower leg opposite the compression plate for compression-decompression, rotating near the edge of the support plate near the ankle joint. Upper and lower belts, respectively, are connected to a plate for the anterior part of the tibia to perform compression and decompression on the calf from ankle to knee, longitudinally along the axis of the leg. At least two engines are synchronized in order to carry out cyclical repetition by tightening the corresponding belts, to implement the compression-decompression cycle, starting from compression plate edge with the lower belt and ending with the compression plate edge with the upper belt, starting with standard setting of the lower belt tension and ending with the preliminary setting of the tension of the upper belt. Timer controls the cycle of the engine with an adjustable timer switch and pre-pressure settings necessary to control the massage cycle and to change the tension of the belts. Two belts connecting the plate for the front of the lower leg to the compression plate are tightened and loosened due to the presence of batteries in the motor of the plate for lower leg front side, synchronized with the blood flow of the deep veins of the calf in order to achieve the passage of blood from the lower portion of the calf from ankle to upper leg, toward the knee, only with the help of periodically repeating differential tension and loosening of the belt located in the upper part of the leg by means of only cyclic differential tightening and loosening of the upper part of the leg located on the belt, for uniform and continuous displacement of the surface of the calf by compressing and decompression linearly along the axis of the calf by moving the base plate of the massager associated with tightening and loosening the belts to the mechanical device connecting the ends of the plates to the calf.
EFFECT: inventions provide portability with the ability to use when traveling, when you must sit for long periods of time.
