FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to drying dispersed materials and can be used in microbiological, food, chemical and other industries. Drying device for high moisture materials contains a body in the form of two truncated cones connected by large bases, a gas distribution grid in its lower part, inert bodies inside the body and a sprayer of the material being dried, placed at the level of the middle of the height of an upper cone. Sprayer contains a hollow body. Diffuser, covering a conical surface of the nozzle with a blind partition and a jet, is attached to the end surface of a cylindrical part of the body, and in an outlet section of the diffuser of the sprayer, a perforated partition is installed to which at least two spokes are fixed to one end at the point of intersection with the axis of the sprayer, second end of which is fixed to an inner surface of the diffuser in such a way that the spokes are perpendicular to the inner surface of the diffuser, and on the spokes, in their central part, additional sprayers are freely installed, made in the form of screw drums, which are fixed on the spokes with the help of stops.
EFFECT: increased drying performance.
