FIELD: hydraulic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: construction refers to the hydraulic engineering, namely to the spillways, and can be used to regulate the water level in reservoirs that threaten with flooding, for example, on the Zeya, Amur rivers and other similar reservoirs, as well as for the flood water transfer from the Zeya reservoir to the lower tail bay, to reach 310 meters ASL by August 1, so that spillways did not harm to the Zeya dam foundation. HPP, which produces electricity from the idle spillway, at the Zeya HPP is supplemented by the classical aqueduct, at that, the aqueduct is a functional continuation of the operational surface spillway, the mating with the aqueduct is made above the operational surface spillway springboard, at that, from its interfacing with the operational surface spillway tray until the aqueduct horizontal position is reached, the aqueduct has a smooth curvature, enabling the watercourse possibility of passage without splashing, that is, in the steady stream to the water discharge, which is made at a considerable distance from the dam foundation. Throughout its length the aqueduct is rigidly fixed to the bearing piers. Aqueducts are made of stainless steel, or any known stainless metal, or metal with the corrosion-resistant coating, or concrete, or reinforced concrete and are monolithic or composite-monolithic. At the water discharge the machine room with power units is arranged, generating electricity from the this spillway water kinetic energy. At the water outlet from the power unit, a branch pipe is installed, commensurate with the water outlet, it is curved, water enters the branch pipe at an angle of 45±25°, and exits from the branch pipe at an angle of 80±25° relative to the river flow. In case of several power units, the water jets from the branch pipes are directed at each other. Main purpose of the invention is to prevent floods and the generation of electricity from the idle spillways.

EFFECT: technical task is to reduce the reservoirs level, protect the dam foundation against destruction and generate electricity from the idle spillways.
