SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic heat carriers that can be used to heat and cool process equipment in a wide range of industries. Heat carrier includes, wt. %: diphenyl 5.00–7.00, diphenyl oxide 27.00 and n-tetradecane 66.00–68.00. Proposed heat carrier has a reduced melting point in the range of 1.5–3 °C and reduced density in the range of 0.836–0.842 g/cm3 at 25 °C, which allows expanding its use at temperatures from +1.5 °C and higher to 249.5 °C and reduce energy consumption for melting and maintaining in working order.

EFFECT: reduced energy consumption for melting and maintained coolant in working order.
