FIELD: wood waste processing.

SUBSTANCE: automated installation for the production of coal briquettes from biomass contains raw material level sensors, gear motors, temperature sensors, humidity sensors and an air dryer fan, screw conveyor drives, a heater, an ultrasonic resonator, a die temperature sensor and a press-briquetter drive load sensor, heaters, temperature sensors, nozzles of the nozzle line interconnected with an automated process control module. Also, in the installation for preparing the temperature and humidity of raw materials in an aerodynamic dryer, air flows forced by a fan are used, heated by burning in a heat generator of the fine fraction of raw materials and recycled pyrolysis gases received from the sub-sieve space of the agitator hopper. The installation also contains an induction heater and an ultrasonic resonator of the press-briquetter die, and provides continuous and step-by-step thermal decomposition, cooling and stabilization of lump wood material in the pyrolysis section.

EFFECT: ensuring a complete, closed and waste-free production cycle of coal briquettes with control of all processes.
