SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispenser cartridge (1) for use in dispenser arrangement (20) for introducing at least one dispensed substance into a liquid, wherein dispenser cartridge (1) comprises cover (2) with continuous central space (3) and with at least two openings (11a, 11b) for the entry and exit of the liquid respectively, wherein the dispensed substance is provided in central space (3) and is characterised in that first and second sealing means (4a, 4b) are provided, which seal openings (11a, 11b) completely in an initial configuration, wherein sealing means (4a, 4b) can be brought into an operating configuration in which a flow path through cover (2) is opened for the liquid. Invention further relates to dispenser arrangement (20) for introducing a dispensed substance into a liquid comprising dispenser cartridge (1) and dispenser attachment (21) which may be connected to a liquid source or a container for accommodating and storing liquid, particularly a bottle, wherein dispenser cartridge (1) is arranged for operation in or on dispenser attachment (21) or is brought into an operative connection with dispenser attachment (21).
