FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio monitoring systems for determining the coordinates of the location of radio emission sources (PCRES) of VHF-UHF ranges, information about which is not available in the database (for example, the state radio frequency service). Method is based on the measurement of the parameters of the desired radio emission source (RES) in a single radio control post (RCP) and the calculation of the same parameters at the points, and their location is assumed to be known, while measuring the field strength of the desired RES and azimuth on it, specifying the coordinates of the location of j virtual posts (VP), compile a list of i basic radio electronic facilities (i BRES) located on the basis of the RES data of the RCP used in the sector of the tripled mean square deviation of the measured azimuth ϕ, and calculate the field strength at the location of the RCP and n VPs generated by each of the BRES sources i, calculate the azimuths ϕ with the RCP and ψ from each of the j VPs to i BRES, establish the correlation dependencies between the calculated field strengths at each j VP and RCP and the correlation dependencies of the azimuths ψ (ACD) for each of the J pairs of RCP/VP on i of the BRES with j VP from the azimuths ϕ on them with the RCP, form the calibration characteristics (CC) of each pair of RCP/VP by azimuth (ACC), latitude (LaCC) and longitude (LoCC), for which the coordinates of the test point (TP) in the region of coordinates of the location of the i BRES are set, and the distance from the TP to the RCP and JVP is calculated, are I×J multiplicative difference-relative equations representing products of two differences of relations: calculated intensities on the RCP to the calculated strengths on the VPs generated by each of the i BRES and the inverse ratios of the corresponding PT distances to j VP at the distance from the TP to the RCP; calculated intensities on the RCP to the calculated strengths at j VPs generated by each of the i BRES and the corresponding azimuth ratios with j VPs to i BRES to the corresponding azimuths with RCPs on i BRES; then change the coordinates of the TP and fix them as redefined coordinates i of the BRES, when each multiplicative equation achieves its minimum, thus obtaining the ACC for all J pairs of RCP/VP as the dependences of the difference between the true and calculated azimuths and LaCC and LoCC as the dependence of the coordinates on the corresponding calculated coordinates, make up the multiplicative difference-relative equations, correcting the azimuth, calculating the preliminary coordinates of the RES in the same way as redefining the coordinates of the iBRES, correcting the found RES coordinates, averaging over all J pairs of the RCP/VP and then fixing them as the final PCRES.
EFFECT: technical result is PCRES determination by one radio control post (RCP).
