FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the oil industry, in particular to submersible borehole pumps with inlet screen. Device contains a drive shaft, a cylindrical body connected telescopically with a filter. Filter is made in the form of a perforated cylindrical cup with a central hole in response to the shaft with cells with the possibility of limited axial and angular displacement. Filter is equipped with a cleaning tool made in the form of a scraper covering the shank. Scraper is provided on the ends, in response to the pump casing and the shank, the upper and lower rings, while the upper ring is rigidly connected to the pump. Shaft and the glass on the side of its bottom are provided with at least two pairs of blades with the formation of a radial gap and with the same angular step from each other. Front part of the shaft from the bottom of the shank is equipped with at least two vanes, made in the form of circular segments of the l-shaped form in plan with the top adjacent to the shaft. Length of the base of the blade along the axis of the shank is greater than the length of the tip. In the shank, in response to the base, with a guaranteed gap between the side surface of the shank and the shoulder blades, L-shaped cheeks are installed. Total angular width of the blade minus the angular width of the base is greater than the angular width of the cheeks, and the inner radius of the cheeks is smaller than the maximum radius of the apex.
EFFECT: increased reliability of the filter cleaning agent.
