FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: use for switching cells of photoelectric converters. Essence of the invention lies in the fact that the electrode for contacting photoelectric converters contains a metal grid, made of wire, covered with solder, at the top and bottom of which is applied an adhesive layer for connection with cells of solar cells in monolithic production of photovoltaic cells, and the adhesive layer is applied on one edge of the metal grid and in the middle on the opposite side at the points of overlap of solar sells.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of increasing the strength of monolithic chains of solar sells, reducing the risk of microcracks and splitting solar sells in the manufacture of chains of cells, reducing the likelihood of bubbles along the cells during lamination, improving the efficiency of current collection from solar cells, reducing the likelihood of module failure as a result of changes in the geometric dimensions of structural elements and solar cells when temperature changes.
