SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of solar energy, in particular to the structures and materials of a photoelectric transducer based on crystalline silicon. Photoelectric transducer with a self-healing contact contains a silicon substrate with a transparent conductive layer on the front surface on which the elements of a contact grid are applied, to the contact areas of which the switching conductor buses are mounted. To ensure the commutation, a solder alloy with a melting point lower or close to the maximum operating temperature of a solar module is applied between a switching bus and a contact grid element. In this case, a back layer of encapsulant can be applied to the rear side of the silicon substrate and a back encapsulating element can be applied to the switching buses and the elements of the contact grid, with the solder alloy applied between them, can be applied a front layer of the encapsulant and a front encapsulating element.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the reliability of the electrical contact during the operation of the solar module.
