SUBSTANCE: invention relates to converter equipment. Charging circuit of the inverter includes: a shoulder circuit in which switching elements (21, 31, 41) of the upper arm are connected, with which the positive battery electrode (70) is connected, and the lower arm switching elements (22, 32, 42) to which the negative battery electrode (70) is connected; first capacitor (10) having one end connected to positive battery electrode (70); second capacitor (11) connected between the other end of first capacitor (10) and the negative electrode of battery (70); first diode (12) having a cathode electrode connected to a connection point between the switching elements of the upper arm and the lower arm; and second diode (13) having a cathode electrode connected to the other end of first capacitor (10). Power is supplied from external power supply (80) to the anode electrode of first diode (12) and to the anode electrode of second diode (13).
EFFECT: inverter is proposed.
